Privacy Policy

Great Bay Staffing is a recruiting firm based in Lebanon, New Hampshire. This policy explains what we collect when you use greatbaystaffing.com or a Career Switch Skills Check, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what we need to respond to you, we never sell your information, and a human — Brian Hughes — reads what you send.

What we collect

• Information you give us — your name, email address, phone number, current occupation, and your Skills Check answers when you choose to submit them.
• Attribution data — the link or campaign that brought you to us (UTM parameters and referring page), so we know which outreach is working.
• Analytics — anonymous page-view and usage statistics via Google Analytics 4. We never send your name, email, phone number, or form answers to Google Analytics.

How we use it

• To evaluate whether your experience fits a specific opportunity you asked about.
• To contact you about that opportunity — by email, phone, or text.
• To introduce you to the hiring employer for that specific role, with your knowledge.

Who we share it with

Only the hiring employer for the role you expressed interest in, and only after you raise your hand. We do not sell, rent, or blast your information to job boards, marketers, or other third parties.

How long we keep it

Skills Check submissions are kept while your candidacy is active and for a reasonable period afterward in case a similar role opens. Email Brian@greatbaystaffing.com any time to review, correct, or delete your information.

Your choices
