With over 27 years in the staffing industry, he's become the go-to headhunter for companies seeking top-notch hires.
Brian's unique blend of street smarts and tech-savvy allows him to identify potential candidates and assess their suitability for any role. His extensive network of contacts and resources connects him with the brightest minds across the country.
Since entering the employment industry in 1997 and founding Great Bay Staffing Group in 2008, his track record includes working for prominent national firms and achieving million-dollar sales by supplying candidates to Fortune 500 clients.
From file cabinets to artificial intelligence, Brian's experience spans the spectrum. After integrating AI into his business, he was hooked, leading him to create RAISE bots in 2024—AI-driven bots designed to eliminate mundane recruitment and HR tasks.
Brian's professional yet relaxed approach is a breath of fresh air for clients and candidates, and many new business relationships have formed through referrals.
A 1991 graduate of Franklin Pierce College with a degree in Business Management, Brian calls the seacoast of New Hampshire home. He's a capable golfer (sometimes), a competent downhill skier, a black belt in Taekwondo, and a self-proclaimed Starbucks junkie.
