Our client is a well-known hospital with patients from all over the world. They are currently searching for a Senior Network Security Engineer.

The Senior Network Security Engineer's responsibilities include:

  • You'll have the chance to work on a variety of projects, from system and architecture design to project leadership through documentation production and transfer of knowledge.

  • Design and implementation of Network Admissions Control and Micro-segmentation strategy for the enterprise network.

  • Using different security solutions to make sure the networks are protected from potential threats as planned.

  • Assessing the requirement for network management tools and participating in their design, development, and implementation.

  • Maintaining up-to-date information on network security advancements and proposing new technology when appropriate.

  • Responsible for helping design, build, and keep secure various network security platforms and taking charge of developing the network's strategy.

  • Supporting network security firewalls, NAC, and VPN platforms.

  • Creating and maintaining documentation that is intended to make it easier for users to operate and maintain the many networks.

  • Investigating and resolving customer reports of network difficulties while also documenting what actions were taken to fix the problem.


Who Will Be a Great Fit for this Senior Network Security Engineer position?

  • 5+ years of previous Network Security Engineer experience (in a hospital setting helpful)

  • Network design and experience with Cisco, Arista, IP Routing, LAN Switching, Palo Alto Firewalls, Juniper SRX, Fortinet, Aruba, and ForeScout technologies is desired.

  • Expert level AWS Cloud Networking and Security preferred, Azure would acceptable. Skills also include transit gateways, direct connect, and express routes.

  • Preferred certifications include CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or JNCIE.
