  • Supervises a team of home care RNs, LPNs, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Respiratory Therapists, Nutritional Therapists, Social Workers, home health aides, and personal care aides.
  • Completes an in-home, and a written performance evaluation of staff supervised.


Who Will Be a Great Fit?  

  • Must have a Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Must have a State of New York Registered Nurse license in good standing.
  • CPR certification is required.
  • 5+ years experience of clinical experience in a home care setting.
  • 2+ years' supervisory experience.
