Responsibilities:

 

  • Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Evaluate patient progress and adjust interventions accordingly.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient care, document progress notes, and complete discharge summaries in accordance with policy.

  • Education: Provide education to patients and families for continued functional independence. Participate in professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.

  • Compliance: Adhere to federal and state guidelines, professional standards, and organizational policies.

  • Productivity: Meet or exceed organizational productivity standards in a cost-effective manner.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • A graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

  • BLS Certification is required.
