Who Will Be a Great Fit?

• Must have Epic certification in all 4 areas of HIM (Deficiency, Identity, ROI, Chart tracking)
• Experience in coding - Required
• Experience in scanning - Huge plus
• Coding/Abstracting build/maintenance within HSD
• Ability to build and support Account level WQs for coding
• Strong understand of Foundation communication wqs – sending accounts to other wqs for coding follow-up
• Ability to lead meetings and support IP and OP coders and vendors
• Understanding of coding follow-up wqs and support and education to end users
